If you have ever read any books or taken classes on how the body works and the mind, then you will know that the subconscious can heal the body. However most people do not know this and they do not understand the concept behind it. It is believed that when a person is depressed or has a poor self image, this is because their mind believes they are worthless and not good enough. When the mind believes this way, then this will reflect in the body.
For example, if you were to look at someone with a bad mood, you would see a gloomy expression on their face. Now this does not mean that this person is not good for them. But, their mind has imprinted in their soul that they are worthless and they will never be happy. It is their view that they do not deserve happiness no matter how hard they work or what they have achieved. They will always be frustrated because they feel they are below the standards of others.
This is why learning how the subconscious can heal the body is so important. If we can change the beliefs of our mind, then we can change the way we feel about ourselves. Our body and mind will begin to reflect a more positive energy and we can become more successful in life.
Have you noticed how you get tense when you are around someone who is having a bad mood? Or how your stomach will hurt if you are around someone who is laughing too hard? It is because your subconscious has made you interpret these things as negative. Your body is reacting to what you are thinking unconsciously. We cannot control what our subconscious says to us, but we can control what we are thinking consciously.
If we think about the situation and change the way we are thinking about it, we can immediately change the body’s reaction. Our mood can change from a state of anger or fear to a relaxed feeling. The power of our mind is great!
This is how healing the body is done. The first step is to change the beliefs we have about the body. Negative thoughts, beliefs and perceptions can be changed. We can heal the body by healing the mind. We must learn that if we are feeling bad, it is because our mind is angry or scared. If we believe that eating too much is bad, it may become so.
Once our minds change the way we perceive the body, it is much easier to heal the body. We do not have to do invasive surgery. We do not have to take medicine we don’t like. We do not have to live with chronic pain. All we have to do is change the way we think.
When the mind believes something is bad and our bodies react to it, we have an option. We can either deal with it or change the way we react to it. The subconscious can heal the body by helping the mind to change its beliefs. It is up to us to make the choice to heal the body we want.
