The subconscious can heal the body and the mind. This is one of the most profound statements that a doctor or psychologist could ever make because the body and mind are so intertwined. If one were to remove the conscious mind, you would also remove some of the capacities to heal the body. It is as if you took out the spleen and kidneys and left the person without any spleen or kidney to live on.
The subconscious, however, is part of us and we cannot do away with it completely. We have to allow the subconscious to heal itself and for that to happen, we have to learn how to be gentle with the mind and the body. We have to understand that there is a delicate balance that has to be maintained between the conscious mind and the subconscious in order for the healing to take place.
When the body is healthy, we tend to have less pain and more joy. When the body is unhealthy, we tend to have more pain and less joy. The subconscious knows this and it is our job to make sure that it stays healthy. The first step in being gentle with the body is to learn how to listen to the body. Without body language, the subconscious does not know what the signs are and does not know how to respond appropriately.
Some of the things that manifest from the body are stress, fatigue, anxiety, pain, disease, and disease symptoms. This is the healing process that takes place. As long as we allow the healing to take place, it is our job to support the healing process. When we support the healing process, we allow the body to release the energy and stress, fatigue, anxiety, pain, and disease and we give them a good environment to be healed. When we support the healing process, the body feels supported, and it will be more likely to release the stress, fatigue, anxiety, pain, and disease.
The way we treat our bodies is important. We need to take care of our mind too, or else the body and subconscious won’t to be able to work together. When we are angry, stressed, scared, or negative about something, our mind plays a role in manifesting that negativity into our bodies. It is important to change our thinking or else the healing will not take place.
If we get angry about something, we imagine that we are the victim of the negative event and our body responds by creating the pain and ill health. Our mind and our body work together. If we ignore the negative thoughts, continue to live the negative life, and do not make changes in our thinking, our body will continue to experience pain and illness.
The way we eat affects our body’s ability to heal. When we eat a poor diet and eat more calories than we expend through exercise, we put extra stress on our bodies and slow down the healing process. Eating healthy and exercising regularly helps to keep our bodies and minds in balance.
When we have negative thoughts affecting our body, it sends signals to the subconscious about that fact. In turn, the subconscious sends those same signals to different parts of our body. If we ignore the subconscious and continue living the life that we’ve been living, it will continue to affect us. When we learn how to shift our thinking, the healing can take place faster. When we use body and mind wellness, the effects of our past life experiences are lessened and we can heal more effectively.
